At Down to Earth Wellness Club, every product we offer is physician-curated and intentionally selected to meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality. Because many of our products are health-related and sensitive in nature, we maintain strict handling protocols once items leave our facility.
All Sales Are Final
To preserve product integrity and ensure the safety of every client, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Physician-grade supplements
- Peptides and injectables
- IV-related products
- Wellness retail items
- Promotional or sale items
Once an item leaves our care, we cannot guarantee proper storage or handling conditions. For this reason, both opened and unopened items are ineligible for return.

Your wellness journey matters to us. If you believe you have received the incorrect item, please notify our team immediately upon delivery so we can review and resolve the situation promptly.
